For Queen & Country

On September 9th, the Tower of London will be the dramatic backdrop for celebrations that will mark the Queen becoming the longest-reigning monarch in British history. She will be passing the milestone set by her great-great-grandmother Queen Victoria, who died in 1901.

To celebrate Elizabeth II passing this record, special permission has been granted for images and animations featuring the identity to be projected on the Tower. The light show will become a tourist attraction similar to the poppies installation last year. This ‘Queen & Country’ event is a celebratory event aiming to raise £250,000 for Help for Heroes, which is a charity that supports wounded British soldiers. We worked alongside the Charity, creating an identity which went through numerous stages of approval by the Queen, Lord Dannatt and the Royal Palaces.
